Padded Food is a pre-reading tutorial program, a cognitive skills tutorial program, and a training system for matching/sorting/assembly designed as a matching or categorizing activity for children ages 18 months to 5 years. An assortment of familiar foods is depicted on the PowerPad (see separate entry) or IntelliKeys overlay. When a food is selected, it appears on the monitor and the speech synthesizer pronounces the name of the food. The complete set includes a program disk and an overlay. COMPATIBILITY: For use on Apple and Macintosh computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple computers require an Echo speech synthesizer, a color monitor, and PowerPad or IntelliKeys; Macintosh computers require a color monitor, Echo LC, 2E Emulator card, LC softcard, and IntelliKeys. WARRANTY: Faulty disks will be replaced up to 6 months from the purchase date.
