The Vertical Stander is a prone standing frame for children from 18 months through 12 years who need support at the hips and pelvis to maintain standing alignment. FEATURES: The frame has a solid pelvic stabilizer for anterior, posterior and lateral positioning; a removable lower cushion for knee extension; removable adjustable foot supports for additional alignment of feet and ankles; a posterior pelvic pad that swings away and locks in place with a safety latch; removable lateral cushions; and a removable thoracic support. The posterior pelvic pad is positioned lower than the anterior cushion for vertical posture with pressure against the anterior iliac crests and sacrum. The fully extended base can be used for free standing, or the front extensions on the base can be retracted to form a smaller base for tilting the unit against a stable counter. OPTIONS: Tray and casters. DIMENSIONS: Overall height from footrest to top of pelvic stabilizer adjusts from 8 to 30.5 inches. Pelvic depth is adjustable from 3.25 to 6 inches, pelvic width adjustable from 5 to 11.75 inches. Base, fully extended, is 20 x 29.75 inches.
