The Steady Riser is a reclining chair with seat lift for users who have difficulty being seated or getting up from a sitting position. The chair has a 250-pound lift capacity and is controlled by a paddle switch. When the switch is pressed forward, the entire chair lifts the user to a standing position; when the switch is pressed backward, the chair returns to a sitting position or continues moving back to a fully reclining position. The chair frame is made of oak, covered with foam, and upholstered in velvet or in brown vinyl.
