The Low Tech Communication Kit is a collection of mostly low-tech and some mid-tech communication tools designed for individuals with autism to help them better their communication abilities. Some items have recordable voice output while other items in this kit are low-tech picture symbols. These items can be used with the beginning communicator to teach that symbols have meaning and to teach choice-making and turn-taking with the assistance of picture symbols and recorded messages.
