The Chewnoodle is an oral sensory integration activity intended for use with children with physical or neurological disabilities, sensory processing disorder, and autism. It is designed to help children reduce instances of distraction, stress, anxiety and hyperactivity. The Chewnoodle is made up of a non-toxic silicone tube attached to a light-weight aluminum carabiner. The carabiner can be attached to the user’s clothing or a strap worn over one or both shoulders. The user squeezes or chews on the tube to provide tactile feedback and encourage calm. It is intended for children age 3 and above and should be used under adult supervision. The Chewnoodle can be hand washed with warm water and soap or washed in the top rack of the dishwasher. DIMENSIONS: The tube is 8 inches in length and .5 inches in diameter. COLOR: White.
