Residential Vertical Lift Junior is a home elevator designed for use by wheelchair users or individuals with balance, lower extremity, or mobility disabilities or arthritis. It has an expanded metal platform with a tubular platform wall; an alternating current (AC) motor with screw drive; keyed, constant pressure controls; an emergency stop; and top and bottom limit switches. Switches and controls are weather resistant. The elevator comes fully assembled but can be disassembled for inside installation. POWER: Uses AC outlet. Direct current (DC) power and battery are optional. OPTIONS: Upper landing gate on left or right side; anchor bolt kit; and top or bottom keyed call/send controls. DIMENSIONS (LxW): Platform is 54 x 34 inches. CAPACITY: 550 pounds.
