The LT-980 Ultra Lightweight Wheelchair is a lightweight manual wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME (HxLxW): 38 x 28 x (26 or 28) inches. Frame is made of durable aluminum and folds for storage. Folded dimensions are (HxW): 29 x 13 inches. Available in black or merlot mica. Anti-tippers optional. SEAT (WxD): (18 or 20) x 16 inches. Seat to floor height can be adjusted to 18 or 19 inches. Backrest height is 19 inches, and the backrest folds down. Foldable, adjustable headrest, carry pouch and a seat belt are optional. CUSHIONS: Memory foam cushions optional. UPHOLSTERY: Nylon. ARMRESTS: Fixed armrests with molded armpads and durable molded side guards. BRAKES: Adjustable push to lock manual brakes with hand operated brake levers. CASTERS: 6 x 1 inch flat free front polyurethane casters with durable forks. WHEELS: 22 x 1 inch spoke wheels with push-rims and high profile polyurethane tires. FOOTRESTS: Swing-away detachable footrest with heel loop and height adjustable footplate. Elevating legrest optional. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WEIGHT: 24 pounds without riggings. WARRANTY: Limited lifetime warranty on the frame; 6-month warranty on parts.
