WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children under age five eat well, be active, and stay healthy. What Does WIC Offer Families? Checks to buy healthy foods such as milk, juice, eggs, cheese, cereal, dry beans, fresh fruits and vegetables and peanut butter; Nutrition and health education to help you and your family eat well and be active; Support and information about breast-feeding your baby; Help in finding health care and other community services. How Do I Enroll in WIC? Please contact the WIC Program (see below).
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (Auburn Office closes at 4:30 p.m.) Lincoln open Monday - Wednesday 8:00 to 4:30, Kings Beach Monday, Tuesday, 8:30 to 12:30 & Thursday, Friday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
